We have had upper management visits today just overheard one on the phone while in back office about comp plan changes. They said wow I didn't think it was happening this quick with the comp changes. So either restructure or no commission at all. We will see. Also anyone know of anymore stores closing and turning indirect? And the determining factor? Also I'm sure many people will lose their jobs with our new "state of the art" computer answering and troubleshooting system even though people would rather talk to a live person. Sad what this company has came to be

As I said earlier, JG sent an email out today stating they are looking at adjusting September quota.
They have "closed door"conference calls every week, it makes the time go quicker so they can run home by at least 4pm.
The recent retail DM structure change of them overseeing local AND national indirect doors around our corporate stores is a huge red flag / Big Red Truck in the Corp to indirect store shift.
More than likely it has to do with a re rate of commissions for this current month due to it being way off. This was alluded to us from our GM from the DM. Hopefully that is what it is.
