LOL, now that is so true! On both fronts. Sad for me to see employees attacking each other in such a vicious way in a public forum.

"IT IS WHAT IT IS" - WTF? What kind of statement is this. My manager says it all the time, it's like saying - I have no f---ing clue about what's going on and I cannot do anything about the situation.
