Jon Summers org in Arnoldi organization announced layoff for all folks that were VO or outside company collaboration zones. Folks are off payroll Dec 15.

Do you mean that people in states that tax vacation time like wages are or are not affected? Like CA and IL - are they trying to get rid of people in those states OR are they getting rid of people not in those states so they don't have to pay vacation time... I'm confused.
Vacation time. Not sure what happens in other states. In CA, vacation time is considered something similar to earned wages, which means it is taxable.
Since similar to earned wages, you will be compensated for all earned vacation time if you are a CA employee.
Are you sure about "All folks that were VO or outside collaboration zones"? Some were not impacted.... yet..., :-)
