Associates please take the warning all positions eventually will be p/t lower paid positions. Some positions not today nor tomorrow will be eliminated. Get your affairs and resumes out there. Please please don't wait to be called to the office. All level 6 and 7 will be gone by early next year. This is why you do not do paper work, schedules, hiring etc they have shifted everything back to the salaried managers. They no longer have a need for us think about it. If you think your safe think again.
SAFE. now that’s funny. if you stock or work the front end as pt then those remain for now but to say any job is safe? really? you like the others better have an exit plan if not this year certainly in the very near future. if the job remains it will go pt or look for more clubs to close down.
Is Sam's Club going to get rid of Fulltime COS or get rid of the position. If so when will the changes take place.

PqNzqCm. no job is “safe”. lower paying level 1-4 are fine. it’s the level 6-7 that’s long term where the payroll is. that’s who they want gone. billions have been spent on software and implementing our demise. i truly feel in 10 yrs sam’s will be barely hanging on. more clubs will have closed. they won’t have the customer base to keep going. anyone that desires a true career with sam’s or walmart better think twice.
