Wireless Operations hit

Received email yesterday, no more OT. Any will have to be approved by Director. Also all travel and training has been axed for us. Unless training can be done virtually. Being operations, I don't have much in common with retail or the fiber unions over east other than we work for this money hungry corp. I wonder when the axe will fall now since our shop last time went from 7 to 4 and we can't keep our heads above water as it is. Good Luck to you all in the next coming months, I fear it's inevitable with that 10bill by 2021.

You must be the last person in VZ that hasn't heard of automation and outsourcing.

Operations maintains the cell infrastructure and they can't afford to layoff in this area in my opinion.

How is this "hit"? No one's been laid off yet so not hit.

When heads start rolling then you will have something to post.
