Anyone know anything for sure concerning Membership? Salespro is a joke, those folks are deceased or have another Membership. They aren't updating the SIF packages. I feel as though Membership won't have a job much longer.
at my age as well, cashier is not even a consideration not with what is expected. i was hoping for a few more yrs but guess not. i would settle for pt but not 16 hrs at 4 days a week. sam’s is for the young that only need pt and still living at home. in other words grunt work is what’s wanted. heaven help anyone that thinks they can make a career there. in 2 yrs all these mit’s that get
promoted will be out just like last time. my club lost 3 mgrs that yr but in came new ones at less money. note to young people get a good solid education and leave retail.

my job is cut. I in membership also. Saw this coming when they stating using Sales Pro. After we give them all our contacts and new business we got they do not need us. Too bad. I really loved doing this job.

memb mgr and lead appears to be good till or thru jan. then gone by end of 4th quarter. so use you heavily then bye bye.
I feel the same way. After 25 years if they eliminate my job I will take my package and go. I'm too damn old for any other position and my body hurts too much now. Getting unemployment after severance and pto and filing for disability. I have known about this for 3 months. After time you recognize the signs and manager actions
