Our Queue work load has decreased within the last 60 days for NBS and other groups in Bothell. We have had no reasonable explanation. Is it being re-routed to contract centers. Anyone have any idea on what is going on?

the simple work is being deverted a contractor center in india
that is center that handles high level credit adjustments for our business customers and the work has been going down. usually the center would be doing over time by this time of the year.
