No I am not. I was an engineer before I retired and I dealt with all three and it wasn't even close. Those two positions can be eliminated. They are dispatched through their tablets. Construction foreman where I worked had a hell of a lot of responsibility. Not as much as I did but quite a lot. I left on my own because every time someone was riffed in my area I got the privelidge of taking their areas over. Scumbag was too scared to delegate work to others because he was afraid they would leave. Well slick you just pushed the best engineer out the door. No brag just fact. I love being retired. Went on two fishing trips this summer . Good luck to all of you still working.
