This should be quite interesting considering they closed one of their call centers about a year ago.

Green means not so smart?
It's probably a former retention center in charlotte. they are turning alot of the retention centers green. not sure what they will do with the rest
Depends on the "green" they want you to be. My center turned green most recently and our whole day is billing questions from all regions of Telco and a sprinkle of U-verse move orders , billing, or new customer orders. I also heard that some green centers speak to just new customers who want to acquire service. So it depends
