Definitely need a union to fight off the Corp idiots. Only problem need the majority of the factory workers to understand why a union is good. So the information will need to be in multiple languages. I know of union leaders that can take care of that issue.
Any more on this fake thread? So SCAS is in Phoenix,AZ which is a RTW state. That would be very difficult, but the way things are going who knows. Good luck and keep us posted on progress. Do not give in to their pathetic intimidation tactics. Don't worry about anything because I'm sure whatever is announced at end of quarter is going to make you wish something was already happening.
Oh, and remember: Next Friday…is Hawaiian shirt day. So, you know, if you want to, go ahead and wear a Hawaiian shirt and jeans.
They can't get rid of me. I deal with the GD customers so the engineers don't have to! I have people skills! Don't you people understand that? I'm good at dealing with people!!!
-2vxo. Lol. As long as you dont make X you are not highlighted on the spreadsheet so under the radar. When you make X bells go off, cell gets colored and target placed on back.
Yeah, I just stare at my desk, but it looks like I’m working. I do that for probably another hour after lunch too, I’d say in a given week I probably only do about fifteen minutes of real, actual, work.
I have a meeting with the Bobs.
Lol what a joke this company is.
Oh the other good one was that we managers were forbidden to directly ask employees if they were talking union, but we were told to listen over the cube walls and at the water cooler. Ya I'll get right on that.
We had our entire dept brought into break room with HR and listened to our unprofessional operational manager act like a complete fool for about an hour. We later heard it was the machinists group that were having meetings outside.
The last time there were union whispers, HR called all us managers in a room and told us we would spend all day doing the work of the strikers, then at 5 pm start meetings to plan how to end the strike. Oh ok, ha ha.
They don't care until there is a true union threat. Then they will send out the overpaid union buster to threaten all leadership and teach them how to scare all the employees. Now why would they need to go to these lengths exactly? Must mean really good things for the employees, so it needs to be stopped!
-1ntw You are right. SCAS was part of MROC (military RO) and was absorbed into I believe cell 6 with the commercial hardware. I guess the military parts and being repaired there now.
All of Aero needs to be Unionized.
SCAS is a dept at Sky Harbor. I believe it stands for Systems Controls & Accessories? I could be wrong though.
SCAS isn't a site. It's an old product acronym from more than 12 years ago. I call Fake News.
Fake News

What is SCAS and where? You all put these depts/division acronyms on here like we know what they are. Need more info please and thank you.
