Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells Fargo is a prison, not a bank

That is who they prefer the young, eager, nieve employees. They coach them how to commit bank fraud then bully them around to continue day after day. Experienced Bankers 25+years outside of Wells Fargo are told that they don't think they can do the job. That's right long time managers I will not commit Bank fraud, pressure customers to take Bank products that would destroy their business or put up with your criminal management style. More than half of managers in this Bank have been breeded to run the Bank like this and that includes Senior Management. It is a prison not a Bank.

I wish Wells Fargo is broken up into 16 to 18 companies to keep them in their place. I hope if anything that the senior level executives learn Karate so they can survive in prison.
