Has anyone had any major issues with the new cash machine or is it just my club? I swear they've clogged it up at least 5 times since it's been live. It's becoming a headache. No one knows how to use it or wants to learn!

Yeah we know how to get the coins unclogged it's just that the cashiers seem to just dump their coins in before making sure the sorter is spinning. This has happened 3 times since Friday. Most of the time when it gets clogged like this they'll just leave it for us to fix or not tell anyone until the next one goes in to use it.
The coins jam if they dont dump as soon as they hit button you have to select done manger signon and unjam coins then when ur done selct you have coins left from there drop it will let u drop them after u clear the jam
You should have gotten an email that gives you all the information that you need for getting ready to go live. You should have extra hours Monday night to get all the money brought in and be ready to actually go live on Tuesday morning. With the hours starting at 6:30 am Tuesday and Wednesday for the accounting associates for training.
They are supposed to do the training Monday through Wednesday. We go live Saturday? Wtf about Thursday and Friday. I see a hot mess coming! No organization at all!
My office is a mess right now with trying to get everything back to "normal" if that's what you want to call it. I guess once everyone gets used to it the office may run smoothly but right now I can't get much done because someone always needs my help with it or its clogged and no one knows how to fix it.
I am in So Cal, we haven't had issues here. We dont like it but to be frank no issues so far.
Getting ours soon, but was wondering how much work it really takes off the accounting office?
