Pretty sure after the "middle aged white guys" pity party is over, the company/mgmt will still be up to the gills in middle-aged white guys. Last RIF, an office of 100 men and 15 women let 7 women/2 men go

The woman's conference was booked and paid for in Q2. That's why it hasn't been cut.
