AT&T has over hundreds of call centers globally. No! Call centers are not safe. They are a drain of resources and will be replaced with superior Digital experiences.
Earnings look like they were only because of outsourced hiring. FAKE
Too many people in the MANAGEMENT aka LEADERSHIP who don't know anything; Directors, Executive Directors, AVPs, VPS, Senior VPs. omg, there is a great crowd in that.
There is little confidence that AT&T after Time Warner will be able to recoup their investment quickly. It will take a long time if at all.
