Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Rotten to the core!

Are there any areas of Wells Fargo that aren't corrupt? The WSJ reported that (https://www.wsj.com/articles/wells-fargo-fires-fx-bankers-investigates-foreign-exchange-business-1508518745) four Forex traders were fired and a "senior executive" was reassigned. I'm guessing the head of Forex was the reassigned executive and the four fired traders were the escape goats for this unethical and corrupt group. Surprisingly the media hasn't picked up on this more. Would have expected democrats to call for Sloan's firing over this.

This was standard practice in the FX group. Many business customers have been hurt by this practice. However this time they screwed over one of Warren's companies and got caught. Should have fired Wardell smith and Yorke since they actively promoted this activity.instead, they get big promotions and the worker bees get fired.

And they just fired the little folks at FX, while giving their manager Sarah Wardell Smith a new job (and God knows maybe a raise with it). They don't hold their management responsible but try to cover-up by firing smaller folk.

The CEO Tim Sloan and Mary Mack who now runs community banking managed investment banking and foreign exchange at WF prior to their current roles. Tim Sloan wqs the former head of wholesale banking at Wells Fargo in his last role and Mary Mac reported to him then.
