you get bonus, but it is prorated dependent upon how many weeks on payroll in calendar year. for those leaving payroll mid December, you will get almost 100% of the bonus.
Some of it may depend on the level. Some levels still get a pro-rate long term incentive payout if they are surplussed.
If surpluses, you will get paid your bonus. Don’t count on an IPA.
