Do it to the VLSS team. "Blackbelts" trying to improve job processes for jobs hey know nothing about. It's comical.

The Agile Process is just a codeword for people doing whatever they want. I dont see how this process increases productivity. People are playing with the points and stories keep getting postponed left and right

VLSS, Greenbelts, Blackbelts.... the entire program is a huge waste of expense dollars. It's just a home for unwanted managers who should have been cut while they lacking the skills or understanding of the processes they are tasked to improve. Why was VLSS the only group who enjoyed an expensive banquet earlier this year just so they could tell each other what a great job they do?
Here are a few cost savings ideas they missed. Discontinue VLSS Banquets (Better if we just eliminate all VLSS staff since they add no value). Eliminate and sell the corporate jet fleet (GE just did this as they are serious about reducing expense), Eliminate LTI entirely (they eliminated this years ago for staff below director level and it's time to eliminate it for the wealthy class also), Freeze executive compensation (let's stop rewarding poor performance), eliminate 20% of the executive staff (start here and eliminate more each month until we reach the $20B expense savings goal).
Grandpa Lomac is really looking old.. ask a Dr. if there is a fix for those saggy jowls.
Yes I agree I remember being in the VLSS voice of employee 2 years ago and one of those black belts taped about eliminating the ops /es position . Well 1 year after that meeting .. Phase 1 happened of the retail layoffs .

an excuse to hire millennial's with no life skills or experience. their idea of process improvement is to throw an overflowing bucket of crap at a wall and see what sticks.

VLSS BBs will get kicked to the curb when Lowell leaves soon. That was his pet project... all the big savings have been found. Now they are scrambling to find jobs for the BBs and they'll probably rif a bunch coming up.
