Official word on SSR is workforce adjustment, which won't happen till orange contract is bargained. CWA wants wording that prevents stores from closing which at&t refuses to allow.
So who knows, they might push phase 3 sooner and we are looking at after jan (march) till we see SSR be reduced.
Does anyone here suspect the fate of SSRs in the next few months to a year?
Yes every department under Donavan’s org is being effected. The funny thing in my department all employees are impacted except for the associate director. How does that work?
I can confirm that calls are happening all over the company in Donovan's organizations today. First they will be asking for volunteers and then it will move to involuntary. Each group will be reorganized to achieve the proper spans of control and headcount goals. This is the big one. There will be sad days ahead for many, relief for some, and anxiety for all.

C Suite- Chief Executive Officers

Enormous stress ! It is pure torture for employees. It will destroy them emotionally, psychologically. It will desement their health, family and life in general beyond repair....... Daily torture. Not knowing when will they get a call ? Uncertainty of job and layoff, either now, later today, tommrow, next week, next month, next quarter..... constant torture. What a place to work. "Top 100 places to work for", what a joke.
