If you are laid off then you are lucky then. 13 1/2 years in enterprise sales on wireless, wireless applications, Networks & security. Was fired with most of our team and south Texas too. We were expected to do everything including filling in for the union if a strike happened 60+ hours a week then wanted us to do 5-10 hours of training a week. Customers are not the focus and after Re-org after re-org and so many people changes over me and beside me totaling 16 in 2 years I am glad I'm gone. I would have rather been laid off but they are looking for ways to fire people due to the in-pending layoffs and TW purchase. Either force them to early retire or get rid of them and replace them with college kids who will be gone in a year or 2. I'm not bitter, it is what it is but it's ironic I was replaced by an executives son, LOL. I am better off for it due to the stress and how it was effecting my health and family. If you get laid off then I applaud you cause there is a whole other world out there. FYI...do like the rest of us have done and move your pension out of AT&T over to something more stable, stock is down $6 dollars since January and I'm sorry Randle but 180 Billion dollars in debt is not good debt!!
