Looking into moving to this from RSC. Is this a job that will be here for a while? Will this position all be layed off in a few years? Also being a non union position it is scary. Also it seems all RSC positions are going part time, there may be no way to ever come back to a full time RSC position. Just wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on the position. Are people liking the position? The good the bad? Any inside information would be helpful. Thanks

They are testing the integrated solutions channel for two years. After that two year mark they will determine if it is profitable enough to continue.

Don't do it, pick any other company out there, you will fare better, and you will thank me after you accomplish you goals. people that stick for 2 long at this company, don't have salary negotiation abilities
