Craft Employees

Laying off craft employees every quarter for the past three years. Somehow management keeping their jobs with no one to manage. Let's see where this can take us.

Trust me, it isn't just craft. I was an area manager, almost 60 years old. I was "surplussed" along with my entire team. almost all of the craft workers found jobs inside the company. I applied for over 40 jobs, got one interview that was a joke. It was obvious that I wasn't getting the position within two minutes of the interview.

We had a VP comment in a skip level that "employees are like office supplies, expendable and easy to replace cheaper"

Get ready 4th quarter surplus announced for Sep 15th, marked your calendars, they are in need of capital, lots of it... And you my friends are the piggy bank .... Surplus leveraging capital is best when is due to Moody's warning prior merger

This is nothing new. They do job title cuts every year. Employees are left to scramble to find a demotion or any other opening anywhere in the country. AT&T is not loyal to their employees nor do they appreciate them. Let's just keep it real here. Anyone who has worked for AT&T knows this is true. Sad but true.
