So who was lucky to get a store visit from our RM&GVP during rush? What a joke and a waste of time. Why bother coming if all you're going to do is b--ch and complain about being under staffed and everything that is wrong in our stores. So, you b--ch and complain about NOT going over our payroll budget that has been given to us. So we hire just the right amount of staff to stay w/in budget. You come to my store and aren't satisfied w/the customer service, lines being to long, etc and tell me to hire more ppl to take care of the customers. So, are you saying payroll doesn't matter now? RM&GVP, you can't have it both ways. We either stay within budget or we don't. If you want us to hire all these ppl to take care of our customers then don't b--ch me out when I've overspent my payroll for the month. Oh, I can't use last months payroll where I saved hours, that's ridiculous! As long as I'm w/in my budget for the year right? You two need to get your sh-- together and come to a consensus and be clear about what you want. It's one or the other.
How about all this OT that the hourly managers are now getting? All this OT is now ok, when just last November when we were going to be converted to hourly the only approved OT was 40 per year, yet there are some managers that have already blown through that and it's only the first rush. Talk about running a company to the ground. Let's give our highest paid hourly managers all this OT that isn't necessary. Talk about controlling expenses and the RM doesn't hold some of these manager accountable. AT doesn't care about anyone but herself and her end of year bonus. Attitude of service, that's a joke. Let's change our attitude w/how we treat our customers, it's not about selling anymore, yet the next 10 emails are all about the stupid basketmania sales and pushing rentals sales. Uh...OK! Can't have it both ways...pick one. Get your sh-- together, both of you and quit bringing down your managers that run their stores w/minimum staffing and have to do it all alone!
