how is CT Web working in your store?

They claim to want to give staff more time to spend helping customers. but then they give us a text mgmt program that is slower than ever and eats up more of that "customer facing" time

Wait until you see ORPOS, it is a real stinker. Why roll that POS out - and POS does not stand for point of sale. Oracle has sunsetted and washed their hands on that product.

Sounds like TomTracks and CourseTracks were more efficient systems.
I print out all adoptions & put them in a binder, I work off the paper because CT Web is way too slow, loooading, not to mention unreliable & will kick me out constantly.
Is there any way to print out all adoptions and go back to paper and pen? It would probably be faster. Follett should write a book on how to torture their system users.
are there resources to solve for this known issue? Is there a sprint scheduled to fix the issue? Or, are we content with the issue, naming it and protecting it like one's first born?

Slooowww, kicking me out, sslooww, on top of trying to process all the Ist's & put in adoptions. No worries, HO is aware & it will be fixed by Aug. 5🤣🤣
