When the most recent contract was signed, 1 Landline Call Center was agreed to be closed. Was that one of the Upstate NY locations?

Hey OP did u ever wonder why a stupid headline like yours pretty much gets no views? 117 views surrounded by posts 6x more than that? Because the landline side has NO layoffs or closings as wireline, unfortunately for lowell, is the future of verizon, as wireless will continue to dilute and go the way of the typewriter. Can't beat FIOS, it turns out. Ironic, isn't it?
