I do not wish this company to fail just a complete overhaul of 2nd level mgrs and up which is impossible with the inbred culture at present. I left because they made the invironment absolutely toxic. Vastly understaffed for 15 years , ratcheting up the stress and blaming the first level management for their incompetent leadership. You can only take so much and then you bite back . When you rif for fifteen years and do not replace those workers you can just imagine the stress put on those remaining . The board of directors is just as bad as Lowell and his merry band of punks and sycophants. They actually actually allowed lean six sigma philosophy to polute the databases to build roadblocks to make things even more difficult then they needed to be. Such arrogance and incompetence . Froze mgmt pensions in 2006. I wanted to work a fewvmore years but my health was worth more then a lousy paycheck . Yeah let this pos outfit fall to earth.
Well put, @Oo3Jlxx-plz. How do you expect anybody to be normal when they have had to work for over a decade with layoffs always hanging over their heads, and then if they survive, their workload increases to make up for those who did not make it. Not really sure who drew the shorter straw there...
