Etime

Just wondering if other call centers are still getting Etime?

Can you tell us which area of the country you worked? Our center has etime. I'm worried.

Accounts receivable, part of Credit and Collections has had almost unlimited e time since January, even before. Before they closed the Cleveland collections office they did the same thing. I got fired today, a service rep for 17 years. My managers boss has been listening to calls of people who have bad numbers to hear cobc to try to keep her office open. Beware.

I am a DT in the SE region. Our Mgr has let people take E time since June 1. This is really a bad idea because it tells the upper management we have too little work and too many techs in the group.

E-time is going home with no pay. They ask for volunteers when work is low.

with it getting closer to the NFL season its no surprise that e-time has stopped or been giving out so little.

We've had time for 2 months - 7 days a week, open to close

Our center got ETIME for a few days, then it stopped completely. Our upper management doesn't like ETIME, so maybe they did something to stop it in our center.
