Have you ever noticed AT “Employees don’t quit working for companies, they quit working for their bosses.” Regardless of tenure, position, title, etc., employees who voluntarily leave, generally do so out of some type of perceived disconnect with leadership, often they are the achievers and disruptors, the exact type of employees that companies are looking for, time to wake up AT&T

PERCEIVED disconnect with leadership?! Based on the way y'all are worrying about when the next layoff is coming, I'm pretty sure the disconnect with leadership is real. If Randy and his bobble heads could successsfully run the company, I'm pretty sure there wouldnt be a disconnect, ( or layoffs) perceived or otherwise. I was one of the smart ones who left when I started hating my job and WISHING that I could be severenced. Never looked back. If you are good, and I mean GOOD, find another (better) job! They are defintely out there, especially when you have AT&T on your resume. Best wishes.
