Why has at&t outsourced their attendance to Sedgwick? This is in the S.E. Is it because they will shutting down this call center? Is it for all of AT&T ? Heard a rumor that they would be closing this center within a year this was a couple of months ago now they have outsourced the attendance office. Calls are spotty at best and mostly just in our area. This is not looking good. I for one am worried because my husband and I both work here and we have 3 young children.

Leave link is for Leaves and Fmla this has nothing to do with a call center closing this is just to cut out the people who abuse the system. I don't think they are closing are call center in Huntsville because they just hired about 200 people and are not really giving out Etime like they were
Attendance is not outsourced. They just went to a new system from Sedgwick.
The whole leavelink and new way of reporting absences is nationwide. I believe this was all done bc the clerk positions will be surplused. That position is not needed anymore.
