She made herself clear, she is out for herself, when she showed up at the Presedential debate in support of Hillary and thought she would be given a spot on her staff, even though she previously ran as a Republican. So... when she is cheating on HPE behind the scenes with UBER, all the while telling everyone that HPE is her focus and in the middle of a transformation, you know that she really does not believe in what she is doing at HPE and she is willing to jump ship for anything better. Her history is going to be one of failure and lack of leadership. Ebay already created the beachhead for online auctions when she took over. It is really hard to drive a company into the ground when it is the one that created a new market. Give her the controls at HP and she is at her best selling assets because she has no ability to guide and grow the company. She wants to bail out now for something someone else already made... again. Uber is the market maker for ridesharing. Loser.

@OZWpcA7-tpo - which is hilarious because by all indications, Meg was lobbying hard for the job and had major player backing her.
She backstabbed Apothekar, too, if memory serves... These executives are all inter-networked across multiple companies through board memberships. "Focusing" on one company over another, even as CEO basically amounts to spending more time leveraging the market ripples of one company to maximize stock revenues.
Uber hired a new CEO yesterday and it wasn't Meg Whitman.
Good grief! HPE doomed? Time for anyone with any semblance of integrity to move on?
What a sophomoric post. So you start with attacking Meg, then move on to attack the corp as a whole, then on to folks who work at HPE. People who choose to remain have no integrity? This site I believe primarily helps inform folks....your post is nothing more than sour grapes and whining. Go back to your mommy's back bedroom and fire up your gamer system.
We should have saw it coming. Short term memory is king for these career execs. He was tanking eBay when she was there. Her 5 year transformation promise to keep her job for, you guessed it, 5 years is a complete failure. It does not surprise me that she is actively trying to leave. HPE is doomed. Time for anyone with any semblance of integrity to move on.
