I Can't get 1.5 Meg's in my city and they are amounting 500 Meg home Internet to cities outside its territory.- AT&T's G.fast available to apartment buildings, I called this BS

They do not want to be responsible for the things agreed with the bellsouth Merger, This company is going everything. Possible to get customers in this areas to cancel their service, and with them goes the good paying union jobs, today's news headline 1.5 Mbps Internet in poor neighborhoods sparks complaint to FCC , AT&T refusal to boost Internet speed violates discrimination ban, complaint says.

THe merger close could leak into 2018.
AT&T remains a difficult stock to own. The DirecTV merger hasn't seen the expected subscriber benefits. Another large merger doesn't seem to solve the issue of the highly competitive environment whether with wireless subscribers or premium content. The risk still remains to the downside due in part to this large debt load suggesting investors should probably hope that regulators require the selling of Sky Brazil allowing AT&T to raise cash.
Probability they layoff all the technicians in their footprint, and now contraction outside their regions, makes total sense
So what does this have to do with layoffs again?
