The new plans rolling out are a joke. I would love to be in the room when this rolled out to see the kind of idiots that think this is a good idea and what our customers want. Verizon is going down the crapshoot. Im wondering when we wont be a wireless carrier anymore just an advertising company. We've already sold off majority of our towers. Seem to be making us pretty disposable. Our promotions are also a joke. Hold on mr customer let me flip through my 90 pages of promotions to find what best fits you. Our promotions and plans need to be more simplified. Wake up verizon. Your out of touch this is a new generation.

What is so hard about just having one plan one unlimited plan one competitive unlimited plan. I have T Mobile it's just as good as Verizon so in this day and age what incentive is their to be with the most expensive carried?
It's hilarious that they changed plans with the great "ice cream" ads because Verizon was too complicated and needed to be more streamlined.
Only Verizon could F--- up a unlimited plan and confuse the hell out of customers and make it harder for employees.
I left vzw and went to t-moblie ,saved about half of what i was paying vzw for a family plan ,network is the same no difference,price matters to most,vzw has ben ripping customers off for years.
Ronan is finally turning around Wireless. I actually have more confidence in him than anyone in BR because he's an outsider. We're not dealing with another Scotti here.
I love the coverage, but the new plans allow throttling of any customer on any plan regardless of usage. I live in a densely populated area. I want 4G at 4G speed.
Are they over-selling unlimited plans without network capacity?
Dropped VRZ wireline years ago and sorry to say that I won't be a VRZ wireless customer anytime soon.
