The call center I work at lost several managers (last day next week) calls are spotty at most and etime comes early. Smh. I am not sure if my center is closing or they are just revamping but we are all concerned there,

If your center doesn't generate substantial revenues, or provide a vital function that is not easily duplicated, you have a bullseye on you

There are posts like this every week--gloom and doom at a call center with no mention of the Center's name or even the city or state. These type of posts should be deleted by layoff.com.

A lot of those call center jobs are not going to India. Instead that are going to large outsource service centers right in in the states! I work at one of those centers for another client. However AT&T is one of the centers largest clients.
