cannot wait for my contract to be up with this Digital Life. I have had nothing but issues with this system and the APP S---S. I constantly need to keep calling customer service to reset my pass codes AND I use my fingerprint to get into it, well at least it allows me to for a very short period of time. I have a different security system at my studio and they work with no issues. The big box that is located in my child room has put holes in my walls because its too heavy and the tech didn't mount it on a more sturdy part of the walls. So now I eventually have to get it fixed.

DON'T DO IT!!! EXPENSIVE, OVER PRICED, USELESS, ALWAYS WENT DOWN AND NOT WORK, DON'T MOVE CUZ THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $500 FEE. There are much better companies out that. Run away.

Good bye digital Life Division , it seems that you will have a new boss, no doubt that AT&T will carry an incredible debt load (after the Time Warner deal closes), which is a risky proposition for a company with declining revenues," MoffettNathanson research analyst Craig Moffett said in an email. "They will almost certainly have to find assets to sell to appease the bond rating agencies." Pink slips soon

Mitch Zacks is the president of Zacks Investment Management, which manages $5 billion on behalf of high net-worth individuals. The company owns approximately $60 million worth of AT&T stock (T, -1.75%).

Zacks tells Fortune that he is skeptical of many of AT&T's claims about the rationale for its purchase of Time Warner (TWX, +0.47%). In particular, he says it is highly unlikely that the telecom company will be able to find enough synergies to justify the premium it is paying.

The Best Ways to Invest in Bonds Now

"Essentially, what is happening is AT&T is paying more for Time Warner than any other entity is willing to pay," says Zacks. "It's paying more than even Apple was willing to pay, and it's paying a lot more than what the market is saying it's worth. So by definition it's overpaying."

I have a feeling Randy is going to be fired once Time Warner closes. Stankey or Donovan will run the company.

DirecTV NOW is not a replacement for DirecTV, DirecTV NOW subscribers puts tremendous pressure on revenue and gross margin for its video entertainment business. Management even admits DirecTV NOW isn't a replacement for DirecTV. On the other hand, juxtaposing DirecTV NOW subscriber additions with losses at DirecTV and U-Verse implies a different message.

With lower average revenue per subscriber and lower gross margin, AT&T will eventually see its video revenue and margin start to decline. It managed to increase revenue from video about 2% year over year last quarter. Profit margin across the entire entertainment segment (which includes high-speed internet and legacy voice service) is flat.

Management Typical day is trying to find ways to scr** customers, slick, DirecTV was charged for misleading customers through false marketing campaigns and not disclosing all its terms, which violated one of the FTC’s Acts. The company advertised only the first 12-month-subscription fee in a two-year contract. Moreover, it did not mention a $480 fine, in case of an early cancelation of the contract. Also, FTC claimed that DirecTV’s website was confusing and did not convey any detailed information related to any purchase. The agency accused the company of misleading customers about free three-month trials of premium channels such as HBO and Showtime.
