Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Why is headcount not being reduced?

Thought Verizon had big plans when it was stipulated in the contract that they had the ability to offer an EISP yearly without having to ask the unions permission or justify why they need to get people off the books. Surprised to see that Verizon has not actively pursued that option as much as I thought they would!
