dontcha get it. senior management aint gonna fire the bully managers. they need em to whiip the teammembers into shape to defraud more customers. senior managemnet dont regret commiting fraud against customers. they regret that THEY WERE CAUGHT
Your are right, the most abusive uneducated manager has invited the floor to lunch. The invite said they want to thank us for our hard work. For reals??? I am making up an excuse not to attend. There is no way I am going to share a meal with someone who is not genuine. Upper management is making them do it. Do us all favor and identify the bullie managers and fire them. They are your next lawsuit waiting to happen. Someone is going to start it and the majority of the Bank employees are going to concede.
its funny how wells fargo managers are thank us for our work much more now before they lay us off than before all this sh-- hit the fan. they dont mean it. someone is forcing them to thank everyone lol
I keep waiting til Wednesday...you know that's their favorite layoff day. I'm to the point where I'd welcome it. This company has become a disgrace and you never know if you are assisting in their questionable behavior because they make the rules. I don't even tell people where I work are carry anything with the logo anymore.
This is just the beginning. The little people will continue to lose their jobs while the senior executives and their pet managers will continue to take home big paychecks. That's one of the unspoken principles of Wells Fargo. Just ask John Stumpf and Carrie Tolstedt.
