Oh yeah and follow the 'qtc' guidelines so you don't get on the 'red column' & threatened with not being able to cut po's. but then run out of books & guess who the teachers are mad at, not the geniuses at HO who make up these stupid rules, SM's who get paid the big bucks. Happy rush, plus, price matching needs to go.
What has happened to B&T? I have worked with them for 25 years, they had the best customer service, willing to work with you. Lately, lucky if a human being picks up the phone. Had to go line by line to cancel an order all on 'back order' & of course can't get any from our own warehouse.
Thank God for B&T backorders! Lovin' the last-minute re-orders to publishers
it will be interesting how much abuse we get from regionals when the out of stock report is run on day 2 of rush.
The jackpot payout was the results of thousands of employees losing their jobs, and benefit cuts. Thank you can I have another!
I dont know what your all complaining about. Execs hit their bonus jackpot payout so things must be on the up and up.
Pshaw! REnting this precalc book used for $190 is very reasonable
Especially with all the new price increases!! It's like home office really doesn't want the students to buy their books in the bookstore & when price matching going away? It's a pain!!
New eFollett functionality is going to save us?
Amazon can't hold a candle to our unique QTC decisions
Wait till the users go to eFollett and use all that new functionality, expect a big jump in online sales.
I did not know that Jen H posted on here.
