Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Is it really Amazon's fault?

Seems that everybody is quick to blame Amazon for Walmart's (and Sam's Club's) latest problems... Not so sure that's the entire or the biggest issue we are facing right now, but it certainly is not helping...

My opinion? It's Walmarts fault. Sam Walton's offspring have turned into a greedy group, and he would be ashamed of them. They decided to not pay their employees better, treat them better or anything a good for them. If they would be good to us, we would ride the good with the bad. The hours that are allowed for Sam's Club is laughable, so of course the few people there are running like chickens with their heads cut off. Nobody has time to actually work their area. Leads are not leads. They are just constantly checking for prices, dropping things from steel, running a register and so on. They are just floor partners that get paid more. Man I could just go on and on about all the things wrong with this company and why they are to blame for their own problems. People went to Amazon because they want to stay away from Walmart. If they liked Walmart and Walmart began a great online service, people would shop there still over Amazon. But now that they realize they're sinking they're grasping at straws to stay on top. They will become the next Kmart.
