We all have a juridical duty to notify the regulators (OCC) of Bank fraud. Call the ethnics hotline and hire a EOC attorney. your attorney will make sure that the ethnic hotline, managers do not relegated against you. You could have a possible lawsuit. Consumer fraud is a federal crime. Who ever committed it could be fined, serve jail time and disbanded from the banking industry. Be strong and do the right thing

Don't call the ethics hotline gather your documents regarding any fraud and when you are prepared use it to protect yourselves against anyone that forces you to do bad things.

@1Q-Jqe. I was reprimanded for disclosing blatant consumer fraud in the mortgage arena. Wells Fargo isn't as clean as you wish to believe. They want fraud under-reported so that their numbers look good.

I have to agree with you. Change is really needed. While I don't want to lose my job, I do want to see this place turn around so there are not things that are hurting the consumer. I am appalled at what is going on and frankly pretty mad about it. Turning Wells Fargo around is going to take a LOT of work on all levels. From the mindset at the top to be for our shareholders pocketbooks to the person on the front line that just does the minimum for their paycheck without calling out things they see. I feel that the consumer is our number one priority, at least it is for me. By putting the customer satisfaction at the forefront, the rest will follow. We have to get back to the customer satisfaction where people were happy to bank here, happy and proud to say they work for this organization and mean it.

Getting rid of the CEO of Wells Fargo was just one of many necessary moves to not only save face but to also save an industry that has been abusing customers for some time. The Firing of many other high level regional presidents has just taken place. These were the fools that were pushing for the fraudulent numbers and in return they received huge incentives and bonus's while the individual in the local bank received nothing. I don't care what procedures and processes you say are in place. The culture and environment within this company has to change from ego driven elitists to a institution that actually serves customers and see's to their ongoing satisfaction without ripping them off.

Actually, there are a lot of me at this place that always does the right thing, and yes I can honestly say that. I have helped many keep their homes and get things done that are needed to be done. We raise our hand when we find something and report on things that needs to be changed. But there are others that do not do what needs to be done when they see something. Those are who I blame for what is going on with this bank. We ALL have an obligation to our customer's to make sure they are taken care of. It isn't so dang hard, just do your job. Too many shortcuts, too many assumptions. They are the ones that are doing these things. I have faith that this will turn around because at the end of the day, we have processes and procedures in place to avoid everything that is going on.
