Heard they are any rocketing quota for smaller stores to make them look bad on paper so they will be able to close them quicker. The older c level stores in smaller towns especially in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Any truth to this? Also auctioning off many stores to indirect.

Yes. They are going to make them look bad so they can close them. Everyone knows they haven't just up and closed stores before. They have to build a case first because they can't just do whatever they want.
If you're a rural store that used to be Alltel or Unicel back in the day, you've been operating on borrowed time for years now. Expect to be Indirect in the next 12-18 months. Ronan doesn't see value in direct stores in those locales.

I've heard that as well. Trying to get rid of the seniored reps so they will leave on their own vs paying a severance package after they close the store down. Much cheaper that way.
