MCI'ed

Rumor has it in the Northeast, former MCI / XO techs will be merged / mapped into regular VZT positions.

Hearing sometime soon, anyone care to comment?

MCI Associates NEVER had a VOTE to join the Union. In 2006 after Verizon acquired MCI, a grievance was made by the Union that MCI Techs did similar work for enterprise customers, As a result MCI Techs in the Northeast were added in the 2008 Verizon CBA and all grievances were withdrawn prior to the Arbitrator's making their decision,

The MCI managers are all liars and thieves anyway, reduce the headcount blend them in with the existing UNION workforce and call it a day.

Didn't they already try that with the MCI techs? Wasn't it a huge failure? Which is exactly why they would try it again!
