CWA Salaries--Where your dues are really going

Please check https://www.unionfacts.com/employees/Communications_Workers_of_America. This site has a detailed list of CWA salaries and benefits. The first 200 people have a salary of $100,000

or more not counting benefits! You can click on the names to get their history with the CWA. There are many job titles like "TNG-CWA PRESIDENT" $150K/ "SR DIR-POL, COMM EDUC" $139K. The crazy job titles go on and on/and the salaries go higher and higher. I have 18 years as an ET and I have never made $100K even with lots of OT. Before the CWA wolves start howling "troll" This site offers FACTS--you can check it and form your own conclusions. These salaries come from your hard earned money.

Interesting that these posts "pop" up during a contract dispute.....I wonder who is posting them? Well, I have a great idea where they are coming from.

CWA at Verizon recently went on strike against the company and right before the walkout the anti-Union rhetoric was off the charts. Everything from their salaries to they were "in bed with the company" All this was to shake the memberships solidarity and create a divide and doubt.

It didn't work.....CWA walked out and did not return until they had a 4 year guaranteed contract with raises and no lay-off clause, Also they did not give back one dime in anything!

Remember only a desperate company will start to create division in a Union's membership. Stay strong stay, together and just like CWA at Verizon you will win!

Seems a small price to pay to get a decent contract and to have representation. Without a union, how much clout do you think you have to negotiate your work conditions? I can answer that; zero. Ever tried to hire a lawyer to represent you after being fired unjustly from a previous job? You could not afford it, and you could not wait out the legal process the company used to dry up your resources . Pretty simple. Companies get the union they deserve.

I don't mind paying 2 hours of my paycheck each month to the union. I see how this company operates with a union, I'd sure the hell not like to see how'd they act without one.
