Will it ever rebound? I hope not, I have been shorting that $hit since 2016.
Everyone talks about how great 5g is. But where is the value for consumers? It's dead in the water if it can't sell itself.
I am afraid I do not see the value in the short range 5G that others do; especially at the price point that Verizon will be demanding. IoT is doomed until there is a standard on security and device interface, people still want the fiber/cable connection to the house for home date and video and the competition is still heavy. I am not so certain that banking on 5G and advertising revenue will be as 'golden' as some think.
5g trails end by the summer then we shall find out what road vz will be going down..
I remember hearing "buy stock" back in 2003 when I went to FIOS training by the instructor. The stock price was around 44$, It's moved little over the years in comparison.. so in 14 years it's moved what, 3$ overall???
And when might that be? If ever! VZ lies!
