I have no complaints but just wanted to post and feel stupid. O' it works. I'm not even an employee but wanted to think for a second that my opinion matters- such a fool

Funny part is, if the time comes and I feel abused I will be on the first train smoking out the door. I have several years experience in my field, a MBA and can refer back to several pepole from my past and current places of employment for a reference. Can you do the same!?
Insanity? You and I ask the same questions. However, I do so without the superiority you enjoy. You're not exceptional because you work here. You are the type of robotic worker who confuses documenting communication with communicating. Follett loves documenting. They love you for now. Because you're not exceptional, you'll be culled on day, too. The abuse is real. Why people stay anyhow, I don't understand. I don't judge them for it either. I do sit in judgement of those who believe they're better than those who were run out simply because they remain at follett. I judge you as non-exceptional, a bit narcissistic and headed for a hard fall. The falling is fun until you hit bottom.
Stay around because I got nothing else, I got nowhere else to go. I want your DOR, no sir you can't have it.

@NoD4ASM-3tcr - would you like some cheese with that "whine?" If Follett is such a bad place to work WHY STAY AROUND FOR THE ABUSE!?!? What the "ABUSED" is doing is called INSANITY (doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. Follett is not the only company to work for. The benefits s---, the morale is at an all time low and most are being abused. Again I say INSANITY!
The employees who post here aren't stupid. They are scared, betrayed or angry. Regardless, they are looking for some insight into what has happened and some insight into what is going to happen.
Anyone currently working at follett should be working somewhere else. It's a terrible company who will hurt you. That's not an if proposition, it's a when proposition.
