Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Unprofessional

It was really sad to watch Union reps blow bullhorns in customer's (including people carrying babies and small children as well as the elderly) ears and make people afraid of getting help. It seems counterintuitive to make people hate you and then try to request support for their cause. The infantile actions of the union leaders today was utterly deplorable

They are closing All AR stores by end of 2017. That is why they don't care about the strike.

No one other than CWA and maybe half its members gives a crap about this strike as they're only trying to get business done and get the hell out the area.

CWA is a business just like ATT. They have their own interests in mind, not the RSCs. This is a huge joke. This is the beginning of the end. And shame on those RSCs that are acting out, attacking and screaming at people hiding behind a false sense of security of the CWA blanket. People will remember how you acted. I am not a troll or a Randy worshiper, I am like you, and the CWA is absolute trash. Prepare yourselves.

Keep it up CWA goons! Everyone who disagrees with you is a troll or scab. Keeping yelling troll as your wonderful CWA takes your dues and does nothing as you stand in the unemployment office.

maybe you should have done some blowing the bullhorn...and you would of been one of many of thousands of 1st lines married to 2nd lines that were promoted because of it.

The STRIKE of 2017, we will all forget. Sad to see a once strong Union fold right before our eyes. To call a 2 day strike and work it out with management to ensure it will not be too impactful to the business. What a joke, look at who is really supporting you and taking your dues every month. What team are they really playing for?

ITT butthurt managers mad they have to actually do actual work. Also mad because people have been laughing at them for thinking Att is a long term career. Lmao!! Randy is a globalist cuck and he will be defeated.

I believe in Unions not CWA. Bunch of overpaid, negative D bags there who spew hate against T management to new hires the first week working just to get a signature and collect dues. The tactics are counterproductive and destroyed VZ with that strike.

Bad actions by individual union reps does not make the union bad. Scaring or bothering customers, if it happened, is stupid and counter productive.

Saying troll and denying that behavior based on your experience today shows a lack of intelligence. An elderly woman left the store I was at today crying because she was afraid. The attitude and behavior of CWA was embarassing. Like everyone's grandma used to say, you catch a lot more flies with honey than vinegar...

I agree. Even if you hate where you work, have some respect for customers. This is just human decency.

Yelling at customers is not a good look. How would you feel if that was someone yelling in the ear of our grandmother or child? I do not think AT&T is going to bend over backward to get employees to come back in that see nothing wrong with abusing someone, regardless of their cause.
