Well, Verizon Wireless is coming with more lay offs.. in the next couple months, this time will be manager low performance and sales reps.. its not integrity, no loyalty , no respect to their employees . those are the ones who make that company rich and be where they are right now.. sales rep .the one who face to face with the cust.

@1cyu -Lowell here. The reality is that I do everything. Without me .... there would be no you.
There seems to be a belief that it is "my" job that is the backbone of the company/make the company rich etc.
Sales reps do close the deal (although in many cases a retail customer would buy anyway). But without all the network installations, the IT systems, the work gone into purchasing spectrum, legal/reg etc, it would be useless. Lots of people play a role, and some are in fact much more important. Selling the equipment for wireless, or placing a drop, while critical, aren't the sole foundation for company success
