Why are customers getting a recording saying we are closed when they call on the weekends?

We had the same issues intermittently yesterday when calling into mobility from a cor store. Called back and went straight thru. Curious as to what the issue was as well... doesn't look very good on the customers end.
India had a power outage....lol
It could be a result of high call volume.
Who are these customers calling? Wireless retail stores? Directv? Digital Life? Customer service? Maybe a little clarification would help.
