Any other SS have their production credited into a different reps ecodes or even into the house account, then had to fill out a discrepancy?

The house account shouldn't get credit for non commissionable sales. It should be in ENC, IF the reps don't get credit neither should management. Non commissionable is ENC
Ok, I have asked too many time to help get this mistake that VZW continual makes, I'm now prepared to turn this over to the State of Iowa Labor Board. I have pictures and reciepts to show the regulatory boards everything.
Hearing that there maybe something bigger going on with "missing" sales as well. In my area there have been sales we didn't get credit for that are missing. This may have been going on for years but since it's been slow we have only noticed it recently. If this is an issue that Verizon was aware of and did fix then shame on them. Missing sales can have an impact on where you rank end of year and commission payout.
House accounts should only be used for non comissionable sales. Never was a fan of the house account being used for sales. That's taking money out of reps pockets.
It happens all the time at our store. A Rep the other day had all of his production go into the house account. I have had over 20 lines not accerdit to my payroll.

That can happen and you will need to fill out the form to have ur credit reversed it will take awhile but yes it possiable
In the hundreds of millions of commissionable transactions done over the years, that has never happened to anyone else.
