Compliance is a joke. Take an issue to them and mysteriously you will begin to see retaliation from your upper management. It's why I left in November 2015.

Contact an investigative reporter in your market. Talk them into doing a hidden camera expose'. They can compare it to Wells Fargo and get EVERYONE cranked up.

Leadership doesn't care. With ridiculous $110 ARD on every customer and quota increasing. What do you expect reps are gonna do?

Are things that bad at vzw that some have resorted to slamming the customers? What happened to the code of business conduct?

If compliance actually got involved in removing reps that were "slamming" Verizon would lose so much money. At the end of the day they don't care about integrity. They just turn the other cheek and quote the so called Credo if a rep gets out of hand.

Compliance won't do anything. Personally what should be done is calling out the reps in front of the customers as they're trying to pull a fast one.
