I hear u there. Place needs an internal investigation. I can write a book on that place and name it "the Freakshow" thanks for the idea.

When I was surplused this year, the call was announced the morning of the surplus announcement. We had no idea it was happening.

No it's just a regular org meeting. You would never be given 6 days notice for a surplus call.
