i dont see any update
And the swaps are lateral only...no promotions whatsoever.
Opportunites to swap, yes, but no takers. I know of one swap where it was not a direct manager to manager swap, but a three way, where one group would get the swap i stead of the actual group doing the swap. Sorta shady if you ask me.
